These SMS Terms apply to the Franchise Incubators text messaging program, operated by Franchise Incubators LLC, wherever you joined it.
Program name. Franchise Incubators
Franchise Incubators sends text messages to people who have inquired with us, including business owners exploring franchising and people exploring franchise ownership. Messages cover appointment scheduling and confirmations, reminders for scheduled calls, document and signature logistics, answers to questions you have asked, and follow-up on next steps in your process.
Most messages come from the member of our team working with you, and you can reply to that person directly. Some messages, such as confirmations and reminders, may be sent automatically. The first message in each conversation identifies Franchise Incubators as the sender. This program does not send promotional offers.
You join by entering your mobile number on one of our forms and checking the box agreeing to receive text messages from Franchise Incubators. The box is never checked for you. You do not have to check it to submit the form or to work with us, and consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
After you agree, we send one text asking you to confirm. Reply YES to confirm. We will not send other messages until you do.
By joining, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you gave us.
Your consent applies only to Franchise Incubators and this program. It does not transfer to anyone else, including a buyer of our business.
Message frequency varies and is typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Franchise Incubators does not charge you for text messages.
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out. We also accept QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and STOPALL, and any other reasonable request, such as a reply telling us you no longer want texts or an email to comms@franchiseincubators.com.
After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have opted out, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in. We process opt-out requests made in other ways as quickly as we can, and always within the time the law requires. To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP.
Opting out stops text messages. If you also want us to stop calling or emailing you, tell us and we will.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and device, and messages may be delayed or undelivered for reasons outside our control.
If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP from that number first or tell us, so our messages do not reach the next owner of the number.
Our Privacy Policy at franchiseincubators.com/privacy-policy/ explains how we handle your mobile number and messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Any dispute about our text messages is resolved under the Dispute Resolution section of our Terms of Service, including its agreement to individual arbitration, its class action waiver, and your right to opt out of arbitration within 30 days. These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
We may update these SMS Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. If we want to send you a new kind of message, we will ask for your consent first.
